Dr. Mark Castro, the Jorge Baldor Curator of Latin American Art for the Dallas Museum of Art, will guide us through exhibit highlights.

“The DMA’s exhibit, Spirit and Form, includes a gallery displaying the sketches made by Medellín during his stay in the Yucatan in the 1930s. Our program will include a small exhibit, Plumas Mayas Antes y Ahora, by artist Ricardo Alarcón of Mayan headdresses in the spirit of those sketches.”
