The bakery on Jefferson Boulevard that served cookies and square cupcakes has closed.
Kookie Haven announced on social media last week that July 9 would be its last day in business.
The family owned business had been open since 2018, and customers showed them so much love on their last day.
But if you’re craving something sweet in that neighborhood, Nola Snoballs is open just down the block.
Owner Maureen Ehrlicher opened Nola Snoballs on West Jefferson in 2018, and the shop is open any time the temperature is above 70 degrees.
