A shooting near Elmwood Parkway Park left one man dead, an 18-year-old charged with murder, and a 19-year-old accused of hiding the gun.
Joe Torres is accused of shooting a man multiple times in the 2400 block of Rugged at about 7:30 p.m. The victim has not been identified.
Police charged Jennifer Posado-Colato with evidence tampering, after they say she took the gun to a home nearby, where she and Torres were arrested.
Police say two people were seen running from the parked car after multiple shots were fired. Torres who also had “multiple gunshot wounds,” according to a Dallas Police Department blog post.
He is in the Dallas County jail, and no bond has been set.
