Luna Metaphysical, the crystal shop, is celebrating a year in business at its 443 West Davis shop. Owners want to “take a moment to thank everyone who’s shopped with us, from pop-up markets to our storefront.

“We are beyond thankful for all of you—we’ve met so many wonderful souls through Luna. The connections and friendships we’ve made fill our hearts and lives with so much love. We’ve built a wonderful community and it wouldn’t have been possible without each and every one of you! Y’all are cool fr fr🤍 ,” they say in an Instagram post.

The store is hosting a ceramics workshop Sunday, Feb. 26, 1-3 p.m. with Lillian Flint (an artist featured in an upcoming issue of our sister publication Preston Hollow Advocate). Visit Lillian Flint Ceramics to register.

Olmo Oak Cliff is open in Elmwood. CocoAndré Chocolatier co-founder Cindy Pedraza runs this farm-to-table grocerant in Oak Cliff’s Elmwood neighborhood. “The goal of Olmo is to provide a variety of delicious to-go food options, using the produce and products in store to reduce waste,” she has said. Chef Paul Hernandez, owner and chef at Planta Potosí, a vegetarian eatery in Fort Worth, is creating Olmo’s menu.

“Paul is using our produce to create new and innovative food like his blueberry onion soup with cheese croutons. So our menu will always look different from some other days,” Olmo posted yesterday.
