Earlier this month, the news broke that Target will soon become a Wynnewood Village tenant.
The week, Brixmor Property Group will host a community meeting to address other development plans for the $30-million renovation.
The meeting will be held at 132 Wynnewood Plaza on March 21 at 6:00 p.m.
In a Monday night meeting with potential investors and city leaders, Brixmor showed off renderings of an updated Wynnewood Village that stays true to our neighborhood’s “fond generational memories” that have been created at the shopping center.
Thank you to Brixmor and @JBJ_Management for the invitation. Great to meet with Dallas Council Members @ChadWestDallas, Tennell Atkins, and @CKArnold2015!

Brixmor says the group has plans for greenery, food truck drives and retail spaces that appeal to both “big drivers” and small businesses.
According to a Brixmor employee who manages leasing, the group is looking for tenants of all backgrounds to round out the shopping center.
Mattress stores, pet stores, apparel, restaurants, shipping companies, nail salons and western wear stores are just some of the types of tenants the group is looking for.
