Dallas police are searching for a suspect responsible for shooting and injuring a 2-year-old child in the Redbird area Monday afternoon.
Police say the drive-by shooting happened just before 2 p.m. on Dusk Lane.
The child was taken to the hospital and their injuries were determined to be non-life threatening.
An investigation is underway into the shooting, but police say they do not have any additional information. Police have not given any information on possible suspects.
