Election Day is May 6, and  Oak Cliff voters will have the chance to voice their opinions about our neighborhood’s representation for the next two years.

On Election Day registered voters are able to go to any Dallas County voting location.

The Advocate also put together a map of polling places throughout Oak Cliff.

Polling locations will be open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Saturday.

The ballot will list names of candidates for the city council and mayoral race, however, incumbent mayor Eric Johnson is running for reelection unopposed. Johnson is the first unopposed Dallas mayoral candidate since Erik Jonsson in 1967.
