Police responded to a mid-day shooting call Saturday after an 18-year-old boy was robbed and shot in the 4500 block of Rockport Drive.
According to officials, police found Noah Willis suffering from a gunshot wound when they arrived to the scene at 3:35 p.m. on Feb. 17. Dallas Fire Rescue responded, but Willis died at the scene, police said.
A preliminary investigation found that Willis was robbed prior to being shot. Police said there is no suspect information currently available, and the investigation remains ongoing.
