Cedric’s Coffee Truck is open every Saturday at 12th and Edgefield from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., and donates 100% of their tips to local dog rescues.

The truck is named after the owner Erin’s dog Cedric, who she adopted the last semester of her senior year of college. Cedric passed last November and was Erin’s driving reason behind being an advocate for rescues and adoption.

Erin opened Cedric’s in April 2024 and decided to donate their tips to local dog rescue organizations. They pick a different rescue every month.

Cedric’s also partners with local bakers to share delicious baked goods.

Since opening, they have operated 27 Saturdays and sold 934 lattes. In total, they have donated $2,057 to six rescues. This is equivalent to 2,000 meals, which is enough to feed five dogs for an entire year.
