A man killed a woman in an apparent murder-suicide Tuesday afternoon in Oak Cliff, according to Dallas police.
Officers responded to a call about a shooting in the 500 block of Bizerte Avenue at about 4:10 p.m., according to a statement from Dallas police. When officers arrived, they found two people who had been shot.
Toby Raley, 46, shot 42-year-old Hayley Raley before appearing to shoot himself, police said in a news release Thursday. Both people were declared dead at the scene.
