A man who was shot and killed last week in West Oak Cliff has been identified, and the alleged shooter is now in custody, police say.

Dallas Police found the male victim unresponsive around 4:20 a.m. June 9 in the 1000 block of Pinnacle Park Boulevard. Dallas Fire-Rescue then responded and pronounced him dead at the scene. The victim was identified earlier today as 28-year-old Domonquie Halton, Dallas Police Department homicide records show.

Rolando Garza, 35, was arrested Saturday by the U.S. Marshals Task Force after being linked to the shooting, police say. He was taken to Dallas County Jail, where he faces a murder charge and $2 million bail, Dallas County Jail records show.
