At the Oak Cliff Cultural Center for four weeks, the Wellness Series: Music & Relaxation is entering the fifth and final week.
On August 27 at 6:30 p.m. the final event of the music-centered space to slow and recharge will complete its run. The event hosts musical artist and board-certified music therapist Kamica King, MA, MT-BC.Â
This life music series explores music-assisted practices for self-care including gentle movement, deep breathing, mindfulness, creative arts and other restorative techniques. All techniques focus on ways to learn how music can further support your well-being.
Sessions are intended for ages 16 and up with sign-ups required to attend.
