Dallas Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred overnight on Tuesday, June 2.
Just after 3:30 a.m., officers received a call in the 1800 block of Sylvan Avenue outside the Laredo Taco located at the 7-Eleven.Â
According to a press release, 50-year-old Issac Padilla had been shot at the location and died on scene. No arrests have been made and the investigation is on-going.
