Jimmy John’s franchise signs Oak Cliff lease

Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches is expected to open a new store in Oak Cliff. A franchisee has leased a space in the office/retail building that’s under construction at the corner of Colorado and Bishop. It is the sandwich shop’s first store in Oak Cliff. I don’t know when it’s going to open, but I have a call in to the building’s owner to see what the construction timeline is.

Methodist Dallas Medical Center and Comerica Bank also have signed leases in the 15,388-square-foot office/retail building, said Jason Byrne, a leasing agent with Venture Commercial Real Estate. Two spaces are still for lease, he said. 

"We’re hoping for a national restaurant chain that can serve the hospital, or something that works well with the hospital, like a dental office," Byrne said.

    hi, I am former employee of Jimmy Johns and I was fired not because I was not only one who did my shit but because I was white. I did all my work and picked up the slack for my other employees while they jack around with their cell phones. This was the worst I ever had and I hope these racists go out of business.

    This is good news. I love Jimmy Johns. The unwiches are the greatest invention of all time. Instead of bread the sandiwich makings are wrapped in lettuce. Good times.
