Oak Cliff 9/11 comemoration is tonight

The annual 9/11 commemoration ceremony at Oak Cliff bank tower on Zang is tonight. The building’s managing partner, Ralph Isenberg, has organized the commemoration for the past several years, usually on the morning of the anniversary of Sept. 11.

But this year’s memorial will start at 6 tonight, Sept. 10, inside the building’s lobby. It will begin with a group singing “My Country ‘Tis of Thee” and the Pledge of Allegiance of the United States, followed by a piano recital.

Representatives from Dallas fire station No. 15 will be on hand, and there will be refreshments.
