Wine and dine: Best list, wine dinner, Line 39

foodtrailer• Two Oak Cliff restaurants, Boulevardier and Driftwood, made Texas Monthly’s list of best new Dallas restaurants.

• Bridge Bistro will hold a chef’s table wine dinner featuring guest chef Joel Harloff and Oak Cliff Cellars Wines with JR Richardson at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 29. Cost is $65 per person; reservations required.

• Wine of the week: Line 39 Sauvignon Blanc 2010 ($10), a California white, offers much more than many grocery store wines, including some lime zest and a sort of slate finish – all clean and crisp. Available at Kroger.
