The Bishop Arts District was packed this past Sunday for the first Oak Cliff Mardi Gras parade. Floats weren’t the only attraction making their way down Bishop Avenue. Hot wheels, horses, and hot cars were all part of the festivities. View this slideshow to see highlights of the inaugural parade.
