The Fort Worth Opera brought Opera Shots to the Foundry Monday night. It was free, the temperature was perfect for sitting outside and my yoga class was canceled. So there was nothing else to do.

Festival chorus members sang popular arias and then performed a short comic opera, “Figaro’s Last Hangover.” Chorus members and a few principals mingled with the crowd. We happened to sit next to two singers, and we felt very theatrical about it. The Fort Worth Opera Festival starts in April.
