This weekend: Star Wars, Bruce and Kelly, winter solstice, ‘Black Nativity’


Did you buy your “Star Wars” tickets, bro? If not, no worries. The Texas Theatre still has some available. The Texas also is sponsoring a screening of “It’s a Wonderful Life” at the Majestic Theatre Sunday.

Sync Yoga and Wellbeing celebrates the winter solstice with community drumming and meditation followed by a social hour. It’s from 8-10 p.m. Monday, Dec. 21 and costs $15.

This is the last weekend to catch Langston Hughes’ “Black Nativity” at the Bishop Arts Theatre Center.
