The majority of the 2016 Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon, scheduled for March 20, will be run on our side of the river.
The 13.1-mile course starts near the Omni Dallas Hotel in Downtown. The course makes a loop through Deep Ellum and Downtown before coming across the Margaret Hunt Hill bridge to Sylvan and up the hill to West Davis. The half marathoners will run down North Bishop and over to Lake Cliff Park before crossing the Houston Street Viaduct and finishing at Reunion Park.
At the end, there is a beer garden and a concert headlined by Blues Traveler, according to Sports Day.
