Man wanted in Oak Cliff shooting death arrested in Louisiana

Local police and U.S. Marshals in Natchitoches, La. arrested a man who was wanted in connection to a shooting death on Kiest earlier this month.

J.T. Williams III had been wanted by the Dallas Police Department as a “person of interest” in the death of Albert Brown at Pecan Grove Park July 14.

Williams was arrested in Natchitoches after a three-hour standoff, according to KALB. DPD has not yet said whether Williams has been charged.
