Police need help identifying the thief. Watch him walk into the Rush 24/7 store on Hampton at Illinois and steal a lottery-ticket stand.
Scratch-off tickets can be tracked, but if any winners are redeemed before a theft is reported, the store owner is responsible for the full amount.
