An Oak Cliff gas station is among six in Texas that settled lawsuits related to price gouging following Hurricane Harvey in 2017.

Flash 24/7 on South Hampton Road near Illinois Avenue, was accused of charging as much as $3.99 per gallon and will reimburse consumers.

Anyone who bought overpriced gas at the station should file a claim with the Texas Attorney General’s office by July 31.

Another Dallas gas station in the settlement is Hans Texaco on Preston Road at Interstate 635.
