Enjoy a preview of one of the most anticipated new restaurants in Dallas during one of three paella nights at Sketches of Spain.
The new restaurant, from the owners of The Wild Detectives, specializes in pinchos, Spanish snacks that are typically stabbed with small skewers.
The paella series, starting at 7 p.m. Nov. 14-17, offers three-course meals of pinchos, paella and dessert.
The Friday and Saturday dinners sold out. But there were still tickets available to the Thursday night dinner, which is vegetarian.
If you can’t score a ticket to this one, don’t worry. Sketches of Spain is expected to open this month.
