Luby’s closed its last remaining store here, among 95 Luby’s and Fuddruckers locations that are closing temporarily while the Houston-based company searches for a buyer for all of its assets and brands, which also includes Cheeseburger in Paradise Bar and Grill.

There are still Luby’s open in Desoto and Fort Worth. But the one on South Hampton is closed, along with the one off U.S. 67 in Duncanville. There used to be a Luby’s on Fort Worth Avenue that closed over 10 years ago and is now a Chinese buffet.

Dallas also lost the 95-year-old Highland Park Cafeteria recently.
