You don’t have to study for years, absorbing generations of passed-down wisdom to enjoy flamenco this weekend.
The Oak Cliff Flamenco Festival brings the pasión to TyPo on Sunday.
The cultural festival’s family friendly kickoff event, Paella y Pasión, starts at 1 p.m. It includes flamenco dancing, live music and cooking demonstrations. The event is free, but those making a suggested $10 donation per adult will receive a souvenir.
Tickets for the festival’s other events also will be available for purchase.
