Burlington is the latest tenant to be announced as part of the the $30-million renovation to Wynnewood Village.
According to Brett Milke, Vice President of Re/Development for the Brixmor Property Group’s Dallas office, the store is under construction in the space formerly occupied by Fallas Paredes. The space was vacant throughout 2023.
“We intend to complete our construction work in the Fall of 2024 if all goes to plan,” Milke told the Advocate.
He was unable to confirm when the department store will open. Milke said the current finishes on the existing building will be demolished and an updated façade consistent with the Burlington standard prototype will be included in the renovations.
A site plan shows the store will be around 26,000 square feet.
The store currently has locations in Red Bird, Northeast Dallas and near DFW airport.
