Of course, there’s the traditional corn in a cup or on the cob, offered for $8 and $7 respectively. Sushi-elote is the stand’s bite-sized corn covered with crushed chips and queso fresco. They get even more experimental with ramen-elote, which puts a cooked block of ramen noodles on top of the traditional elote toppings. Both are available for $10. Fruit bowls and agua frescas are also offered, along with fruit and cream sorbets.

The  stand is open in Bishop Arts from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, and 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday through Sunday.
