The programming is designed to welcome local North Texans and visitors in a manner that highlights the city’s cultural landscape, according to a press release.

“Dallas is known all over for both its professional sports and its vibrant culture,” Mayor Eric L. Johnson said in a statement. “The 2026 FIFA World Cup’s shining an international spotlight on our city marks the perfect opportunity to invite visitors to enjoy the very best of Dallas’s world-class museums, iconic parks, thriving arts community and dynamic cultural attractions.”

The Dallas Zoo and Halperin Park will team up to host the Nocturnal Animal Walk and Performances between the two venues on June 21, 2026.

The Dallas Zoo will host animal experiences by day, lighting up the zoo at night with a lantern festival. At Halperin Park, performances will take place on the Pavilion stage.

The Copa de Cliff will occur at multiple locations throughout the streets of Bishop Avenue, Jefferson Boulevard and Winnetka Avenue on June 24, 2026. The celebration includes entertainment, car club features, food vendors, art markets and cultural displays.

Details for specific entertainment and venues will be announced leading up to the launch of FIFA World Cup 26 next June.
