The Dallas Police Department received a shooting call in the 4000 block of West Camp Wisdom Road Monday afternoon.
Dallas Fire-Rescue responded to the scene after 1 p.m. where the 42-year-old victim Billy Brightman later died.
Police have identified 21-year-old Marlon Lawrence as the suspect. According to WFAA, the two were working at Rent A Tire RAW Wheels and Tires when the incident took place.
Lawrence was taken into custody at the scene and was later arrested and charged with murder, according to DPD Beat.
