All the tacos.
A limited PBS series, “Tacos of Texas,” features three local chefs in the Dallas episode: Anastacia Quiñones, Luis Olvera of Trompo and Regino Rojas of Revolver Taco Lounge.
The three of them are throwing a party at Tyler Station, from 6-9 p.m. Friday, for an early viewing of the episode.
We hear there is a plan to put octopus on the trompo. Whatever they cook, it’s gonna be great. We ordered one of everything at Quiñones’ pop-up at Las Almas Rotas last weekend and found the best menudo of a gringa’s life. The former Oddfellows chef and Dallas native left that position to pursue Mexican cuisine.
