19-year-old murder suspects Vincent Harris.
Dallas police charged a 19-year-old with murder in the road-rage shooting death of a man in Oak Cliff last month.
Joe Dominguez was shot at 1:15 p.m. July 26 in the 700 block of Sabine Street.
A witness told police that the victim got into a traffic dispute with the shooter, who was driving a white Dodge Avenger. The driver of the Dodge got out and shot at the victim’s vehicle and then drove away.
Patrol officers spotted a car matching the detailed description, pulled it over and arrested the driver, Harris.
Harris is in the Dallas County jail with bail set at $500,000.
