Oak Cliff neighbor Nick Badovinus of Neighborhood Services launched a ghost kitchen out of the restaurant’s Lovers Lane location. Pizza Parm Project offers sandwiches and pizza, plus beer and wine, for carryout and delivery only.
Pizza Parm Project is one of many new pizza ghost kitchens, including Zalat and Thunderbird Pies, to hit Dallas-Fort Worth this summer. The pop-up will offer salads, signature pizzas and Parmesan hero sandwiches. Signature pizzas include the “You Can Call Me Scorpion,” with sausage, jalapeño, pepperoncini and chili flakes for $16. Another good choice is the “‘Sup Shorty,” which contains short rib pot roast, caramelized onion, arugula and horseradish.
To place an order, customers can call (214) 350-5027 and “ask for Scorpion,” according to the Pizza Parm Project website. They can also place an order online for delivery or pickup.
Pizza Parm Project is located at Neighborhood Services’ Lovers Lane location at 5027 W. Lovers Lane.
