Komé is a Dallas-based sushi bar from restauranteur and head chef Roy Ahn. He’s made a career in Dallas sushi, managing popular bars across DFW since 2006. In January 2023, he opened Komé, a high end concept that got its first location at The Hill shopping center in Lake Highlands.
Recently, signage for the restaurant’s second location went up on 8th and Bishop, in the old Isla & Co. spot. The Australian cuisine restaurant closed in February after only a year and a half in the space.
There is no opening date set for Komé’s second location.
